First Level: Living room, dining area, kitchen, bedroom with queen (sleeps 2), and full bath with shower.
Second Level: Bedroom with queen (sleeps 2), bedroom with 4 twins (sleeps 4), and full bath.
Available for summer, fall, winter & spring short term rentals.
Owners description of yard and waterfront: In front of the house there is space for at least 3 vehicles. At the back , the yard slopes gradually down to the lake about 130 feet from the back of the house. There is a small beach area with a dock, swim dock and boats provided. There are two kayaks, a canoe and a paddle boat. Some buoyancy aids provided, but we recommend bringing your own to be sure of having ones that fit and are comfortable for you. The water is clear and weed free and deepens gradually to about 5 feet deep at the end of the dock and about 10 feet deep at the swim dock.
If you will be traveling with a larger group and are interested in renting two properties close to one another you may want to look at our Chinburg property which is located right next door to Keene.
